Wisconsin’s oldest restaurant introduces new manager, menu offerings
NASHOTAH, WISC. — Geronimo Hospitality Group announces it has named Kyle Y. Johnson as general manager of the iconic Red Circle Inn, Wisconsin’s oldest restaurant located in Nashotah, Wisconsin.
Johnson brings over 15 years of food and beverage experience to his new role as general manager of Red Circle Inn, where he will oversee restaurant operations and private events, manage employees and ensure guest satisfaction. A native of the state, Johnson grew up coming to Red Circle Inn with his family and is eager to return and share this Lake Country tradition with new families.

Before joining Red Circle Inn, Johnson served as general manager of Mo's Irish Pub in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, and has held leadership roles in bars and restaurants throughout the state.

Red Circle Inn recently introduced several new entrees including weekly fried chicken and prime rib features, pan-seared walleye, brown butter scallops, and a Maple Creek Farms pork chop. For those who prefer a seat at the bar, enjoy Social Hour, Monday through Friday, 4pm-6pm.
